Project scope, pricing, products, schedule, warranty, maintenance and support terms are confirmed in a written quotation or contract following technical assessment. The customer may need to provide suitable access, power, network and working conditions. Product warranties follow manufacturer/importer terms. Unauthorised intervention, misuse, physical damage, infrastructure failure and force majeure may be excluded. Mandatory consumer rights remain reserved.
